Nymphaea ‘Lemon Chiffon’ – Small Water Lily

Description

The name says it all! A double lemon sherbert-yellow lily with heavily mottled leaves from famed water lily hybridizer Kirk Strawn. This is a small to medium-sized lily that does well in a tub or small to medium-sized pond. Like many Strawn lilies the flowers are large for the size of the plant and it’s a prolific bloomer. Like many yellow-colored lilies, ‘Lemon Chiffon’ will flower reasonably well in part-shade (4-6 hrs of sunlight).
