Pycnanthemum tenuifolium – Slender Mountainmint – 3-Quart

A fine-textured plant lacking much of a fragrance but producing copious nectar-rich flowers for butterflies, bees and other beneficial insects. The main stems put out short side branches and a mature plant becomes fairly bushy. The white flowers spotted with purple and gray-green foliage are not overly showy but provide a good foil for flashier companions such as Butterfly Weed, Black-eyed Susans, Goldenrods, and Coneflowers.
