Victoria Rhubarb is a vigorous grower that produces giant stalks up to two feet long. It has a tender skin, which requires no peeling and that makes for an exquisite rich flavor. The stalks are crimson red, shading to green on the inside and it holds this color when cooked. Perfect for sweet tasting pies, sauces and flavorful juice. These are long lived, hardy plants that will produce for decades. Plant them three feet apart in full sun in well drained soil.
