Vaccinium corymbosum ‘Elliott’ – Highbush Blueberry – 5-Gallon

The latest of all blueberry varieties, often not ripening until September. The berries are small to medium-sized and sky blue in color. They have a good, mild flavor when fully ripe but can be quite tart if picked too soon. Wait until at least half the berries on a bush have turned blue before starting to pick. A nice ornamental bush as well, with burgundy wood and late-blooming flowers.
